In the Community
Our team is committed to serving and assisting those who’ve been injured due to the negligence of others, as well as supporting the education, health, and well-being of the communities we serve across Georgia. We’ve been in the Metro Atlanta area for over 31 years, and have proudly supported the communities where we live and work through volunteering, charitable contributions, and other community service initiatives.
The Millar Law Firm has supported and continues to support many local charities, organizations, and fundraisers including Arts Clayton, Clayton County Public Schools, Clayton County Athletics, Clayton County Humane Society, Georgia Breast Cancer Coalition, Jonesboro High School Athletics, Woodward Academy Athletics, Atlanta Humane Society, Clayton County Fire and Emergency Services, American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, Bikers Against Child Abuse, Ronald McDonald House Charities, One Warm Coat, Salvation Army, and others.

Clayton County Public Schools
In July 2019, The Millar Law Firm held our first Pencils 4 Clayton County Schools pencil drive. Our goal was simple – to help local educators and schools prepare our future leaders for success without having to worry about a basic classroom necessity such as a pencil. In the first year, we were able to donate over 45,000 pencils to Clayton County schools. This drive will be held annually with registration being held each July. We also support CCPS throughout the year through our free educator legal advice hotline, back to school drives, scholarships, and community service efforts.
Cancer Research & Support Organizations
In an ongoing effort to help fight cancer, The Millar Law Firm regularly contributes to local and national cancer charities and organizations including American Cancer Society, Georgia Breast Cancer Coalition, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Susan G. Komen.
Atlanta & Clayton County Humane Societies
We are a team of animal lovers! We regularly contribute to the Atlanta Humane Society and Clayton County Humane Society through donations of supplies, kennel sponsorships, fundraisers, volunteering, and much more! We love our local humane societies and gladly help them in any way we can.
Salvation Army
Each year, The Millar Law Firm participates in the Salvation Army Angel Tree initiative. Our staff also dedicates several days during the holiday season to helping sort thousands of toy donations. These efforts help local children and their families share in the magic of the holidays!
LifeSouth Community Blood Centers
The Millar Law Firm has hosted several community blood drives in partnership with LifeSouth Community Blood Centers. To give blood you must be in good health, 17 years or older (or 16 with parental permission), weigh at least 110 pounds, and show a valid photo I.D. You also must not have donated blood in the last 56 days. Find a blood driver near you.
