Meet Raysaa Davis-Fields

Raysaa Davis-Fields joined The Millar Law Firm in December 2023, bringing several years of diverse professional experience to our team. As a legal assistant, she plays a key role in supporting our attorneys and other legal professionals by managing administrative functions and assisting in legal research and document preparation. Raysaa’s experience and dedication make a significant contribution to the firm’s success, elevating the overall client experience we consistently strive for.

Prior to her role as Legal Assistant, Raysaa worked in hospitality, where she spent five years as a hotel receptionist and manager. Raysaa then ventured into the dental field before making her transition into the legal industry. It was during her tenure as a clerk for Dekalb County Municipal Court that Raysaa’s interest in law truly blossomed. In this role, she was responsible for providing excellent customer service to the public and processing all traffic citations and misdemeanor state law violations. Working as a clerk sparked her interest in becoming a paralegal. Each of her previous positions equipped Raysaa with the high level of client service, organizational skills, and attention to detail required to excel in her current role.

What Raysaa enjoys most about working at The Millar Law Firm is the work environment and the flexibility. She says, “Being able to work full time and balance my family life is amazing.” For Raysaa, the most important moments are spent bonding and creating lifelong memories with her son. She also finds joy in reading, camping, and outdoor activities – with Stone Mountain ranking among her favorites.

Originally from Panama, Raysaa moved to the USA at the age of 9. She became fluent in English while residing in Brooklyn, New York, and has called South Atlanta home since 2000. As Spanish is Raysaa’s original language, she also assists in helping us communicate effectively and connect with our clients from various cultural backgrounds.
