Jennifer Montagnino is one of the Case Managers here at The Millar Law Firm. With over 30 years of Paralegal experience, Jennifer has experience with pre-litigation all the way through helping the attorneys file a lawsuit, right down to assisting them through a trial. Jennifer earned an Associate of Science in Paralegal Studies and holds a Paralegal Certificate. She is also a Georgia Notary Public and a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.
Jennifer values the firm’s collaborative approach, strategic case preparation, and commitment to helping injured clients pursue the compensation and justice they deserve. Jennifer believes clients deserve a legal team that will go the extra mile, think creatively, and work together toward the best possible result. In 2021, she received an award for achieving strong results in a challenging premises liability case.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys hiking, caring for her plants, attending concerts, listening to records, being crafty, and spending time with her two children, family and friends. She is active in human rights and enjoys volunteering with the Atlanta Pride Committee.
